Biology assignments offer hope
My daughter's reaction when she read this article was to inquire what the reason was for why it didn't include any information regarding parathyroid tumors. It caused me to smile...that's my daughter! We explained that my task was to study the functions of the 4 glands and not to identify someone whose parathyroid glands are producing too much PTH. What if the children in the US were taught about the possibility of dysfunction of glands or parathyroid tumors when they were in the sixth 6th grade?
Now, we're back to reality and no longer wishing. However, I did ask my daughter to include on her chemistry assignment help that normal calcium levels depend on age and that a mature person must always have a 9 (see the chart below). This is how an adult will know that they have well-functioning parathyroid glands! Everyone should be aware of the best calcium levels at their age.
This assignment at school is making me feel hopeful that the function of parathyroid glands isn't an obscure issue and that physics assignment help instructors across the country are taking note of their calcium levels. I also hope that in the near future, all of our doctors will be trained on feedback loops and be able to recognize, early, the signs and symptoms of parathyroid diseases, so that nobody is left untreated for a long time!
